The automation project aims at developing the work process used nationally in following up on the domestic violence cases to ensure a prompt response through the system which allows sharing files and reviewing cases, linking them with the concerned governmental departments through a secure, integrated environment.
In his comment, the Secretary General of the National Council for Family Affairs, Mr. Mohammad Maqdadi said: "This project intends to build a national data base for the purpose of registering and monitoring domestic violence and child abuse cases, evaluating the speed of response, issuing regular reports about the technical and legal measures taken in the registered cases.
Moreover, the project aims at locating the gaps in the response system and finding suggested solutions, handing them to decision makers for necessary action.
"We chose SSS Process for its great expertise, technical capabilities, and extraordinary programming skills that enabled it to prove itself on the regional scene in deploying the latest global technologies for the region's biggest companies" he added.
For his part, Dr. Alaa Ensheiwat, Chief Executive Officer of SSS Process said that the project will help in resolving and better-dealing with the cases of domestic violence, contributing to finding a radical solution to this devastating problem.

Ensheiwat pointed out that the project will be developed using Appian technology, which guarantees the best automation methods and provides the top means of communication between all concerned parts.
In addition, the developed system will help in managing the work flow, facilitating the exchange of documents, information and reports between different parts of the institution, as well as increasing the speed of file saving to help control domestic violence incidents before they occur
